Hey hey friends and happy February!!!! So today, I thought it would be fun to mix it up a little bit and share with you my favorite 5 minute party dip recipe since Super Bowl Sunday is only a couple of days away. If you are anything like me, I sometimes struggle to find a side to bring to a party or gathering. This has quickly turned into my go-to dip because it is SO YUMMY, so easy to make, and literally takes 5 minutes or less to make. I promise, this dip will be a huge hit at any party, family reunion, or gathering of friends. It is a family favorite, and I hope you love it as much as we do!!Continue Reading

So, I finally figured it out. I have been racking my brain trying to figure out a word for 2019. I’ve never done this before, but I thought it sounded fun and like something that could really help me meet my goals in the new year. Hey, it’s worth a shot. So the word I chose is INTENTIONAL. Why? Well, for lots of reasons but one answer would be because planning and having a purpose for tasks is part of my New Year’s resolution and part of that involves getting my house finally organized. Not just clean but REALLY organizing every area that feels out of control. One area that I am starting with is this “catch all” desk area in my kitchen. This spot gets all the homework, bills, change, toys, random socks……etc. You get the idea. It stays and mess all the time, and I’m SO ready for a change. My goal is to be more intentional and to finally use this space for what it’s made for. So, I got busy weeding out old papers and bills and started with a clean slate. Then, I headed to Kirkland’s (my go-to place for all things home) to find the perfect storage and organization for this area. I can’t wait to show you how it looks now!!!
Happy Friday friends!! I’ve been crazy busy this week getting all the things organized that Friday snuck up on me. I’ll be sharing a few areas that got organized in my house on the blog next week, but today, I wanted to share with you an issue that so many people have when they are decorating. How to decorate around a television. Let’s face it, tv’s aren’t the cutest and most of us would rather not just have a tv sitting there. The good news is that there is a solution. There are actually so many ways to help disguise, hide, or just decorate around a tv, and today I’m sharing 5 of my favorites!
